FAQ

Common questions

How accurate is this quiz?

This quiz uses self-reported data to estimate structural health. It identifies patterns and risk areas, but it is not a clinical assessment. For precise ROM measurements and structural pattern identification, the full 18-test AKMI assessment is the gold standard.

What does my score actually mean?

Your score reflects the accumulation of structural risk factors across pain, posture, mobility, and activity patterns. A lower score means more red flags that warrant professional evaluation. A high score means your structural foundation is sound — but even high scorers benefit from baseline assessment.

I scored low. Should I be worried?

A low score means you have structural factors that could lead to injury, chronic pain, or training plateaus if left unaddressed. It is not a diagnosis — it is a signal to get assessed by someone who knows what they are looking at. Most structural issues are correctable with the right protocol.

How is this different from a medical screening?

This quiz focuses on movement quality and structural balance — not medical conditions. We assess posture, mobility patterns, pain correlations, and training readiness. If your answers suggest something that needs medical evaluation, we will flag it.

Can I retake the quiz?

Yes. Your results are not stored unless you submit your email. Retake it after implementing changes to track your progress over time.

What happens after I enter my email?

You get your full detailed results and recommendations. We also send a follow-up email with your score summary and an invitation to book a professional assessment if your results indicate structural concerns.

Go Further

A quiz is a starting point. Not a diagnosis.

The Structural Health Quiz identifies risk patterns from self-reported data. The full AKMI assessment measures 18 ranges of motion, identifies your structural pattern, and builds a complete programming protocol around your body's actual mechanics.
