What happens after the 14-day free trial?
Your account continues on the plan you selected. You enter payment details before the trial ends. If you do not, the account pauses — no charges, no data loss. Resume anytime within 90 days.
Can I switch plans after signing up?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your coach dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What counts as a 'client'?
Any individual with an active profile in your account. Archived clients do not count toward your limit. You can archive and reactivate clients freely.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year at a 20% discount. You can cancel monthly plans at any time — no penalties, no exit fees.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. During launch, annual plans also lock in the current launch pricing permanently — even after prices increase for new subscribers.
What is the AI Command Bar?
A natural-language search and action tool built into the coach dashboard. Ask questions like 'Show clients with hip ROM below 90 degrees' or 'Generate a 4-week hypertrophy block for Client X.' Available on Performance plans and above.
How does Video AI assessment work?
Upload a video of your client performing key movements. The AI uses pose estimation to quantify joint angles, detect asymmetries, and flag compensation patterns — giving you objective data alongside your clinical eye. Available on Elite and Enterprise plans.
Can I import existing client data?
Yes. CSV import is available for client profiles, exercise history, and basic metrics. Our onboarding team helps Elite and Enterprise customers with data migration.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and wire transfer for Enterprise annual plans. All payments processed securely through Stripe.
Is my client data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We follow HIPAA-aware practices, perform daily backups, and never sell or share your data. You own your data — export it anytime.
