Cueing

Step 1: 'Rotate your entire trunk to the LEFT. Hips stay forward.' Step 2: Hold 2 s. Step 3: Return and repeat RIGHT. This measures combined thoracolumbar rotation. Watch for: foot pivot, hip shift, asymmetric shoulder motion.

Measurement

Degrees of rotation of shoulder line relative to hip line. Normal: 25-45 degrees each way. Record L/R.
