Client standing on one leg on a step or flat surface. Arms out for balance or across chest. Camera frontal.
Cueing
Step 1: 'Squat on your LEFT leg to about 60 degrees knee flexion.' Step 2: 3 reps. Observe: knee valgus (the money finding), trunk lateral lean (Trendelenburg-like), hip drop, foot pronation, arm windmilling. Step 3: Repeat RIGHT. Scoring: 5 = controlled, knee tracks over 2nd toe, trunk stable. 4 = minor knee deviation. 3 = moderate valgus or hip drop. 2 = significant loss of control. 1 = cannot perform.
Measurement
Scale 1-5 per side. Record L/R separately.
