Setup

Client supine on the floor, arms overhead, legs straight. Camera overhead (if possible) or from the side.

Cueing

Step 1: 'Roll onto your stomach using ONLY your upper body (no legs).' Observe: does the movement initiate from the head, shoulder, or thorax? Is it segmental or en bloc? Step 2: 'Now roll onto your stomach using ONLY your lower body (no arms).' Observe: does the movement start from the hip or the knee? Step 3: Repeat both directions (L and R). 4 patterns total: upper-body roll L, upper-body roll R, lower-body roll L, lower-body roll R.

Measurement

Pattern per direction: segmental-smooth / en-bloc / unable-without-assist / compensated. Note which quadrant is most restricted.
