Cueing

Step 1: 'Tilt your ear toward your LEFT shoulder without lifting the shoulder or rotating the head.' Step 2: Hold 2 seconds at end range. Step 3: Return to center. Step 4: Repeat RIGHT. Watch for: shoulder shrug, trunk lateral shift, cervical rotation substitution. Pressure: 0/10 (active).

Measurement

Angle between the vertical and the line from ear to ear at end range. Visual estimation or inclinometer app. Normal: 35-45 degrees. Record L and R.
