Cueing
Flexion: 'Tuck your chin and bring it toward your chest as far as comfortable.' Hold 2 s. Extension: 'Look up toward the ceiling, leading with the chin.' Hold 2 s. Watch for: thoracic flexion/extension substituting, jaw clenching, breath holding. Pressure: 0/10.
Measurement
Flexion normal: 45-50 deg. Extension normal: 45-70 deg. Combined arc: 80-130 deg. Measure with inclinometer on forehead or visual estimation from lateral camera.
